I wanted to take a second and say thank you to all you wonderful people who have followed Glitter and Raindrops during Homeschool Creation's Curriculum Cleanout! I really appreciate it and am overjoyed that my followers have grown. I have some very special plans for Glitter and Raindrops coming up, including product reviews and giveaways, and a 100 Followers celebration, so please stick around!

To express my thanks, I have decided to offer one more giveaway. My 5th and final giveaway is a "Can Do Science Game"  from Lakeshore Learning.

it is a game about physical matter

The pieces are stored in a cute coffee-style can and the game spinner is built in to the can lid

The game cards are separated into 3 color-coded categories: Solids, Gases, and Liquids.

recommended for grades 2-4

colorful cards, and tokens

The idea of the game is to spin and which ever category you land on, you chose a card from that category and attempt to answer the multiple choice question. If you answer correctly, the card tells you how many tokens you receive. Play continues with the next player until someone collects 10 tokens first.  Here is an example of one of the questions from the liquids category.

What happens to a liquid when it is cooled to its freezing point?
A. it becomes a solid
B. it stops boiling
C. it evaporates


The player would earn 2 tokens if they answered correctly.

    I would LOVE to win this! My son (who will be 2nd grade at the end of this month) can't get enough science! The child is 7 and already running me ragged with science, science and mo SCIENCE! LOL I'm always on the look out for something new. I've never seen this before-looks cool!
